How to buy?

In order to buy our products, just create your account on https://magazin.renania.ro/ and place an order. Account creation and registration are free of charge.

How do I edit the order placed online?

Once finalized, the order is automatically registered into our system. For any changes to the order, please contact us at the number 0372-759-270, or email at comanda@renania.ro, within 4 hours of placing the order.

How to pay?

There are 3 payment options:

  1. By card (bank card option), free of charge and secure for all customers
  2. Cash on delivery (Payment on Delivery option)
  3. In advance (Bank Transfer option)

How do I pay my bills online?

If you would like to pay online the invoices issued following the orders that were not placed through the online store, please visit the link https://www.renania.ro/plata/

 

How do I benefit from the privacy of my data?

Renania Trade ensures the confidentiality of the data, the information and the personal data, except where they exist legal provisions, provisions or measures of the authorities or the legitimate interest of Renania Trade SRL that requires their disclosure.

How can I get a Renania catalog?

How do I subscribe to the newsletter of Renania?

If you would like to receive our news and promotions, do not forget to check the Newsletter Signup box in your account, available on the Renania Trade web site at: https://magazin.renania.ro/processing-of-personal-data or here: https://www.renania.ro/informare-privind-datele-cu-caracter-personal-comunicate-catre-renania-trade-srl/ , for the information regarding the processing of personal data by Renania Trade SRL. How do I unsubscribe from the newsletter of Renania?

To unsubscribe, please log in to your account with the username and password. Click on the top right of your name and then go to the "Newsletter" option. Check "No" and then "Save".

If you are unable to unsubscribe, please send an email with the title "Unsubscribe" to your email address client@renania.ro  and specify the email address you registered with on the site.

Returns and exchanges

Can I change a product if my chosen size is too large / too small?

Of course, just follow all our return rules. You can find them here along with the return form, which you should fill out and return it with the merchandise: https://magazin.renania.ro/add-return/

How can I return the purchased goods for exchange?

You can make the return directly from your account. Log in to your account using your username and password, then go to your Order History. Open the order and hit the "Product Return" button.

Where can I send the products for exchange?

The items purchased online will be returned to our address: PLATFORMA INDUSTRIALA, Nr.1/G/6, PARC INDUSTRIAL MURES, Loc. Vidrasau, Oras Ungheni, Cod postal 547612.

In what time frame can the products be exchanged and returned?

As a rule, exchanges are returned within 15 days from the date of receipt of the package, but not prior to sending the exchange request, as per the above steps.

Stock availability and prices

How do I check the stock availability of an item?

To be able to check the stock availability of the product, click on its description or the image. Check the necessary details, as appropriate (size, color).

 

Can I order a product that is not available in stock?

Unavailable products can not be added to the order. For confirmations / bookings, please write to us at the email address client@renania.ro.

 

 

How can I find out if a product is available in stock?

You can get an alert when the stock is replenished. Simply access your account using your username and password. Go to the product you want, select the desired size / color and press the button: "Notify me when it appears".

Can I buy from showrooms the items that are unavailable online?

On the Website you can check the stock of the central warehouse (Tg. Mureș)

Delivery and payment

Deliveries can be made anywhere in the country?

Yes, delivery can be made in any location on the territory of Romania.

Products that are unavailable in stock appear on the invoice?

No, unavailable products are not billed.

Order status

How can I check if my order has been submitted?

Once the order is placed, you will receive an automatic email confirming the order entry.

How do I cancel the placed order?

Once completed, the order is automatically logged into our system. To cancel it, please contact us at the phone number 0372-759-270 or email address client@renania.ro.

How do I change my order delivery address?

Once completed, the order is automatically logged into our system. To change it, please contact us at the phone number 0372-759-270 or email address client@renania.ro.

When shall I receive the ordered products?

Usually ordered products are delivered within 24-48h (working days) from the date of receipt of the order.

How can I find the awb number of the package?

Our system automatically sends an email with the awb number to the email address with which you registered your account. If you do not receive this message, please write us a request at comanda@renania.ro  specifying the order number.

Which courier company does the order’s delivery?

All orders are delivered with GLS courier, and for orders larger than 250 ron + VAT, the transport is free of charge. On request, we can also ship with other courier companies, except for cash on delivery orders.
