Information note concerning the processing of personal data by RENANIA TRADE S.R.L.

We collect and process your personal data below mentioned to be able to operate efficiently and provide you with the best experiences with our products. You may opt for the personal data we collect at our business points, and when you access our website you are prompted to provide your personal data, you may refuse to mention it, keeping in mind that the purchase of our products from our website requires you to enter the required data in order to be able to deliver the purchased products, so that you can use the payment application provided by the bank for payment purposes. We process the following personal data categories

We collect personal data that the target person agrees to provide in our above-mentioned point of sales, or through our website, according to the previous paragraph.

The personal data we process are identification and contact / correspondence data as follows:

  • name and surname;
  • Email Address;
  • Postal adress;
  • phone number;
  • other similar contact details;
  • country;
  • the preferred language of communication;
  • the image captured by surveillance cameras in our point of sales, for security and protection purposes, for as long as permitted by the law.

The purpose of processing personal data

The main purpose for which we process your personal data is to ensure that the pre-contractual and contractual arrangements between you and us can be properly implemented so that the relationship can work in accordance with each of us.

We may also process your personal data for marketing purposes based on your consent, consent that you can withdraw at any time, providing you with communication channels for your decision to do so.

We also process your personal data for RENANIA TRADE to be able to fulfill its legal obligations, reporting obligations, group reporting, archiving obligations, obligations in relation to the authorities, security and protection of persons and goods in their own locations / points of sale and respectively to be able to defend and exercise their own rights in accordance with the legal provisions in force.

If we intend to further process your personal data for a purpose other than the above mentioned or announced to you, we will provide you with an information on the additional purpose of the processing and any relevant information under the General Data Protection Regulation and other applicable legal provisions.

The grounds of the personal data processing

RENANIA TRADE processes the personal data of individuals based on the following grounds, in accordance with the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation

  • to execute a contract to which the data subject is a party or to take action at the request of the data subject prior to the conclusion of a contract;
  • based on the consent for marketing communications, with the possibility of withdrawing the consent;
  • based on the legal requirements, regulations and local / community rules, such as those regarding the preparation of financial-fiscal documentation, archiving and keeping of records;
  • if necessary, to achieve a legitimate interest such as to exercise and defend our own rights, to ensure the security and protection of persons and property within the limits provided by the law in our own premises.

Recipients

They represent categories of recipients, individuals or legal entities or bodies / authorities to which your personal data may be disclosed.

RENANIA TRADE may communicate your personal data for the purposes and on the grounds outlined above to the following categories of recipients:

  1. when and if they are requested, in accordance with the applicable legal provisions, to the authorities to whom the data must be communicated based on a statutory obligation, a regulation or Community rules (eg. ANPC - National Authority for Consumer Protection);
  2. services providers used to manage contractual relationships with clients, including in the event of non-payment (eg. consultants, law firms, bailiffs and debt recovery companies, in order to recover any amounts owed to RENANIA TRADE, etc.);
  3. companies providing records archiving services related to the contractual relations with clients;
  4. companies that provide processing services and, in general, IT services, information system and our website management, security management, security, protection, and access to RENANIA TRADE and centralized administrative services;
  5. internally, employees of RENANIA TRADE who have the need to process personal data for the performance of the entrusted tasks (hereinafter called persons authorized to do so).

Data transfer abroad

Currently, RENANIA TRADE contracted online / cloud services for electronically stored data, for which RENANIA TRADE uses the services of a specialist provider based in Ireland and its intermediary based in Germany on a contractual basis with express terms from the perspective of the General Regulation on Data Protection, including the provisions of Article 46 of the above-mentioned Regulation.

Use of personal data. Technical and organizational measures for confidentiality and security

We will only use personal data for purposes and legal grounds and will only store the data as necessary. We will keep your information for as long as your account is active to provide you with goods and services to comply with our legal obligations or for any of the purposes mentioned above.

RENANIA TRADE ensures and guarantees to the data subjects that we respect the full confidentiality of the personal data communicated to us, by establishing technical and protective measures in relation to them.

Storage / archiving of personal data. Duration

We store your personal data as long as it is necessary to provide you with the products and transactions you have requested or for other essential purposes such as compliance with legal obligations, resolution of possible disputes and / or implementation of our agreements. Because these needs may vary depending on data types, different in the context of different products, the actual retention periods may vary significantly. The criteria used to determine the retention periods include:

  • maintaining and improving product performance, keeping our systems safe and keeping business records and financial information as appropriate;
  • the duration required by the law in force for keeping images from the video surveillance areas for security and protection purposes;
  • the period for which you have expressed your consent and, in the case of your account on the RENANIA TRADE website, until the date on which you decide to delete your account.

Rights of the data subject and their exercise

Persoana vizata are urmatoarele drepturi in ceea ce priveste datele sale personale:

  • the right of access personal data;
  • the right to rectify and complete the data;
  • the right to delete the data (the "right to be forgotten"), but there may be situations where RENANIA TRADE can not comply with the data deletion request in accordance with the exceptions mentioned in the provisions of Article 17 of the General Protection Regulation data.)
  • the right to restrict data processing;
  • the right to data portability - (Article 20 of the General Data Protection Regulation), eg. the right to receive the personal data you have provided, which we process on the basis of the consent received from you or for the execution of the contract, and which we preserve in an electronic format; therefore you have the right to receive these data in a structured format, which is customary and can be automatically read according to the Regulation; such data may be retained by you, may be transmitted to another supplier of goods and / or services or, upon your request, we may forward it to the provider you will indicate to us, if this is technically possible.
  • The right to opose - in any case, you have the right to oppose at any time to the processing of your personal data for the purpose of promoting RENANIA TRADE products;
  • the right to consent withdrawal if it was granted for data processing (Article 7 (3) of the General Data Protection Regulation).
