Return conditions for legal entities

1. When returning products due to inconsistency with technical specifications::

• Complete the return form
• Sent the return form to the address reclamatii@renania.ro
• • Must have been purchased up to 30 days ago if no other term was agreed in the sales contract for product verification and communication of apparent defects and vices
• Must be packaged individually, properly in order to keep the products' properties and contain all the accessories and labels
• Must be accompanied by a copy of the Acquisition Document
• Product returns are not accepted if:
  • it shows signs of use, deterioration or wear;
  • can not be accepted for reasons of health or hygiene and have been unsealed;
  • they were customized at the buyer's request.
• If the above conditions are met, the payment of the return will be paid by the supplier (payment to the recipient) only for the parcel lift requests processed by the representatives of Renania.

2. Product return due to qualitative inconsistencies discovered during use in the warranty period:

• Complete the return form
• Sent the return form to the address reclamatii@renania.ro
• Must receive the return acceptance from Renania as part of the qualitative referral process, informing us of your intention at reclamatii@renania.ro
• Must be in the warranty period specified in the purchase document
• Must be accompanied by a copy of the Acquisition Document
• If the above conditions are met, the payment of the return will be paid by the supplier (payment to the recipient) only for the parcel lift requests processed by the representatives of Renania.

3. Express acceptance of return from Renania for particular cases:

As a rule, the return of products by legal persons for any reason other than those listed in the previous paragraphs (1 and 2) is not accepted by Renania Trade SRL

At the express request of the buyer and according to the free appreciation of Renania Trade SRL, Renania Trade SRL may refuse or accept the return without any compensation to the buyer in whole or in part.

If the return request is accepted by Renania Trade SRL, the return will be subject to a return service charge of 8% of the returned items, but not less than 50 Ron (service that includes checking, repackaging, and returning on stock) as well as other special conditions that can be communicated following a request sent to reclamatii@renania.ro
